1998 Kia Sportage running lean

Diagnosis showed running lean camshaft sensor bad and it has no power to climb incline at all slope in road goin up have to down shift. When it starts runs very rough and will stall out check engine light is on

DTC P0171: SYSTEM TOO LEAN
Diagnostic Aids
If fuel system is in closed loop, code will set when long term fuel trim is more than 23 percent. Monitor runs continuously. Two trip fault.
Check for:
Intake or exhaust system leak.
Fuel line pressure too low.
Fuel pump capacity insufficient.
Fuel pressure regulator malfunction.
Clogged fuel injectors.
Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor malfunction.
Fuel injector malfunction.
DTC P0342: CAMSHAFT POSITION (CMP) SENSOR CIRCUIT LOW INPUT
Diagnostic Aids
Code will set when engine speed is more than 600 RPM and number of CMP sensor signals during 2 crankshaft revolutions is more than one. Monitor runs continuously. Two trip fault.
Check for:
Short to ground in White/Red wire between CMP sensor and Engine Control Module (ECM).
CMP sensor malfunction.
