there seems to be no spark coming to the plugs, could you please tell me what the possibilities that can cause this?

You need to see if you still have a timing belt. If not the computer doesnt see the cams turning, and it will not have spark. If the cams aren't turning when cranking, replace belt and start it up.

It is not the cam sensor it will run without it but the crank sensor is more likely your problem

Silly question. Has the unit been scanned yet? Also does it sound normal while cranking?
