Engine Mechanical problem
1995 Kia Sportage 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual
Engine accelerates up to 3000 RPM at any shift. Have change the idle speed control valve twice but problem continues. Engine runs perfectly normal and suddently accelerates. Sometimes by kicking the pedal it goes down to normal and there are times I have to turn off and back on for the engine to idle normally.
