Front control arm bolt problems?

Hey, I'm having a problem with control arm bolt it keeps spinning when I got the one off I saw there's a nut welded inside. My question is, can I just drill an inch hole to through the back side and tighten with nut. Or get a spot welder and weld a bolt.

Either way will work can you get a wrench on the inner nut so you can tighten it? Please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on. Please go over the diagrams below.
