2007 Kia Spectra Tire shake

My front passenger side tire is shaking, knocking, and shaking the car when at a speed of anywhere from 30 to 70 miles an hour plus. When i turn the wheel to the right it completely stops (while moving around 40) when i turn the wheel to the left it gets worse.

Hi there, i would be checking the wheel bearing first, jack it up and there should not be any movement rocking the wheel top to bottom.
