2007 Kia Spectra

The battery on my car died and i had to recharge it using another vehicle now my radio, clock, keyless remote and interior lights won't work. The owners manual refers us to reset them but it doesn't tell us how to reset them. How do we reset them?

Does the radio work at all? Have you checked fuses? As far as the FOB, here is a the how to for resetting one.
