Cluster not working?

Is the cluster fuse the one that controls the gas gauge and speedometer? If not, is there a fuse for these?

Yes, there is a fuse for the cluster in your car. Here is a tutorial showing how to check a fuse:

I've attached a picture below of the fuse box that is located in the passenger compartment under the dash on the left side near the steering column. I've circled the cluster fuse on the attached picture in red. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
