2006 Kia Spectra

This winter I ran into a snow birm breaking the front bumper cover. Since then I have had no problems untill recently. There is a box that connects to what seems to be the front grill, maybe for some sort of air intake?. It also connects from the top into a hole. The plastic box broke off of the top connection and now drags on the ground if not against my wheel. I've done a duct tape temporary fix. I'm wondering what this box is for and where I can get this fixed. Thank you!

It sounds like the charcoal box. It is part of the EVAP system. Does it have hoses going to it?
