I have a 2006 Kia Spectra. I have had the Air Conditioning recharged, however it does the same thing. The Air Condition will work great for a while as I am driving, then it will stop. Does not seem to be blowing anything out. After a while it may start again. Seems to work when I start up the car and only stops after I have been running the car a while.

Most likely faulty Triple Pressure Switch not cycling compressor on and off. So you end up with a freezer instead of AC. The evaporator freezes over air flow stops. turn off it defrosts and it works again for awhile.
