2003 Kia Spectra Engine noisey at high speed

When driving at a speed above 45 mph, my engine becomes very loud. As though it may need a tune up. My car has 67,000 miles and sound good while idling.

Would this be a tune up? If so, how much does a basic tune up cost?

there could be numerous reasons for this .. you need to have a repair center look at the vehicle !!
