How do you change an alternator on a 2003 KIA Spectra

1. Remove negative battery cable. 2. Open B terminal cover cap. 3. Remove B terminal nut. 4. Remove B terminal lead. 5. Disconnect generator L and S terminal connectors. 6. Loosen pivot bolt and tensioner mounting bolt. Do not remove. 7. Relieve tension on drive belt by rotating adjustment bolt. 8. Remove drive belt from generator pulley. 9. Remove tensioner mounting bolt and belt tensioner. 10. Remove generator pivot bolt. 11. Loosen bolt at base of adjusting bracket and rotate the bracket up. 12. Lift generator from engine compartment. There you go.
