2002 Kia Spectra my car wont shift when its on

Hi my car is not shirt when the car is on but when the car if off it works when you look under the car and shift the slave cylinder looks like it is doing what it is suppose to what else could be the problem making my car noot shift when the car is on.

If the slave is working, then there must be a problem with the pressure plate. If you put it in gear and try to start it with the clutch in, will the clutch work?
