How do I check and replace the fuel pump in my 02 Kia Spectra LS. I also need to check and replace the fuel filter. Where are these located and what is the best way to do it?

i cant hear the pump kick on where do i find the pump?

fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. first check the fuse and fuel pump relay

Power the fuel pump direct from the battery and see what happens

get to the engine controle module and ground pin # 1 brn/grn. see if you then have voltage out on pink/blk wire on the relay.

2003 Kia Spectra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

My 2003 Kia spectra isn't getting gas, the fuel pump is new and the fuses are good and the filter is clean, what could this be? It started after it was towed.

Inspect and test the fuel pump relay in the engine compartment fuse/relay box-

Cant find where the fuel pressure regulator is to change it. 1.8 dual overhead cam motor

The fuel pressure regulator is incorporated into the fuel pump assembly inside the gas tank.
