2002 Kia Spectra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i got the alternator off but cannot figure out how to remove it from the engine compartment

you will have to remove the passenger side motor mount bolt so that you can jack up the engine. this will allow the alternator to have room to come out the top.
