2001 Kia Spectra Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i have power to my blower motor form my fan switch. i jumped my blower motor it worked i also changed my resistor. fuses are good. why won't it blow

If the fan motor, resister, and relay are good, either you have a bad ground to the motor, a bad switch, or power isn't getting to the switch. Have you checked all of that?
