Loses power when warmed up

When it is not warmed it runs good ,but once it warms up it starts to lose power.

scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge. auto parts scans for free and rents fuel gauge. you may need an adapter. also, check for a vacuum leak . it can be either one of these things, but this has to be done first. See link.
