2004 Kia Sorento Seatbelt Not Restracting /Slow

Please can u help my seatbelt does not retract correctly, it is very slow, i have cleaned it and it is a little better but still fails, If i pull seatbelt from unit itselt it retacts quicly, seems to be the section that goes up and over,where u seem to pull it from.

The recoil is in the section located at the bottom. Make sure it is clean, lubericated (where it turns) and nothing is binding. If it still doesn't work correctly, I would recommend replacing it for safety reasons.
