POWER STEERING FLUID DOES NOT SEEM TO BE GOING ANYWHERE. STARTED OUT WITH NOISE. WE WERE PUTING FLUID IN NOW IT IS HARD TO STEER AND THE FLUID IN NOT GOING ANYWHERE.

Is the pulley still turning? If so, the pump sounds bad.
