sir,my kia sorento dieasel engine has no initial fuel pressure when starting,but if i put gasoline on the intake manifold the engine starts.also there's no idling,when i take of my foot on the accelerator pedal the engine stalls and always the "check engine" indicator lamp is on.thaks very much

Hi:
My speciality isn't diesel, but let me try to help. First, if the check engine light is on, there is a trouble code stored in the computer. Take it to a nationally recognized parts store to have it scanned. Most will do it for free. Let me know what you find.

As far as the no start, I need you to check for fuel pressure. Here is a how to for checking it. Let me know what you find.
