2003 Kia Sorento Gas Guage Not Working

Gas guage showed empty but knew it wasn't. Put in 3 gal (which filled it up) and it re-set to full. Drove about 40 miles, turned car off, re-started the next day and again gas guage showed empty. Do you know what the problem could be?

Hi glbateman,

Symptoms indicates a possible sending unit failure. You would have to perform test to find out.
