2001 Kia Sephia will not start

All the lights work, ac, horn, wipers, radio but when turn key it will not turn over. No noise at all. Is this the starter or alternator? I have already had 2 starters replaced.

Hello,

Have you tried jump starting it? If not try it if it starts it is most likely your battery. And just because all your accessories work doesn't mean you don't have a bad battery. Your battery can be fully charged and everything electrical work just fine. But if there are no or the CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) are low your vehicle will not turn over and start.
