2001 Kia Sephia Stalls after fueling

Engine Performance problem
2001 Kia Sephia 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 80.000 miles

Every time I fuel my call she stutters and stalls but will start eventually. After one minute of driving, she is fine til next time refueling... Any suggestions?

Has the check engine light come on indicating an EVAP code?
