1996 Kia Sephia vibration from passenger side, up front

I hear a noise, like something is loose, on the right front side, could be center, passenger side. I had it checked, nothing loose underneath, it seems to warm up and gets louder. Sounds like thin metal vibrating.

Could be an exhaust heat shield loose or cracked, check this out .
