2006 Kia Sedona

I got in my 2006 KIA Sedona yesterday and the check engine light, ABS and ESC light came on. The car seemed to run ok, but I'm confused by the the lights? I also noticed that the cruise control will not engage. I did get a recall notice for a faulty brake light switch. Could this possibly be the root cause?

The brake light switch will not cause all of the lights to come on. It could, however, trigger the ABS light. WHat you need to do is first, have the recall taken care of. Next, take the car to a nationally recognized parts store and have the computer scanned for codes. Most will do it for free and then you'll have a better understanding of the problem.
