2005 Kia Sedona Getting access to rear spark plugs

Has anyone ever gotten to the back 3 spark plugs?Do I need to remove all the stuff above the spark plugs? Are there any watch outs?

there are no special instructions in the manual for removing the plugs I guess you do have to remove everything above them ...
