I purchased a trailer hitch to tow a small boat (16 foot fishing skiff) I would like to know the best type of bolts to fasten it with and any other tips you may have for connecting the hitch to the van. thank you

Hi:
you should use a case hardened type bolt. Go to the hardware store, and tell them what you are doing and request the strongest bolt for the job.

As far as tips, it is just a bolt on item. You shouldn't have any trouble.
