2002 Kia Sedona Tail lights

Electrical problem
2002 Kia Sedona 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

All 4 tail lights do not light up when I turn them on. I checked all 4 bulbs and replaced all 4 bulbs but all 4 bulbs to not light up.

what could be the problem?

Front right headlight is off. I am going to replace. Could this be the cause for the tail lights?
