2002 Kia Sedona Heater not working

Heater problem
2002 Kia Sedona 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic ovr100 miles

my 2002 kia sedona EX 3.5 L 6Cyl. The front heater is blowing cold air while the rear is blowin warm air, I was thinkin to replace the thermostat, and everything started happenin after my a/c stopped workin, do you think this is related, what do you think it could be causing this? A honest answer is appreciated. God bless!

This is a blend door actuator problem which needs to be replaced, here is a guide that will help you and a diagram to show you which one to replace.
