DTC P0172 : Fuel System Too Rich


Possible causes:

Faulty ignition system
Faulty EVAP Purge Control Solenoid Valve (PCSV)
Intake or exhaust system leak
Faulty fuel delivery system
Faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S), Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor, or Throttle Position (TP) sensor

Most common cause of this code to appear is faulty HO2S..
