2001 Kia Rio No running lights, dash illumination or Headli

My runnuing lights, dash illumination and headlight chime are not working. ( Turning signals and brake lights still work fine ) I have checked fuses in the car and under the hood except for the grey fuses.

Nothing out of the ordinary to the vehical these function just quit working.

Please help!

Locate your main fuse box, left rear of engine compartment. Find TNS fuse (15 amp) and TNS relay.

Next locate fuse box below left side of dash, left and right tail light fuses (10 amp)
