Shredding the serpentine belt?

Okay here we go again, it's never easy with what I refer to as my 2002 Kia Sedona. Any who, my van is still shredding the serpentine belt. Found the pulley for the A/C compressor was froze solid, got the pulley bracket to replace it. First test drive shredded the belt again. What else could it be?
Please help before I take it out and set it on fire.

No need for fire, we can fix it, when the belt is off please spin the pulleys one by one to see if any other problems with rotation exists, they all should spin freely, if they do I have seen the serpentine belt tension go out and allow the belt to be misaligned. Here is how to replace it in case you need it, if you have any question about what you are seeing please upload an image so I can see what's going on. Also, do not over tighten the belt.
