kia piston rings

hello..

my car kia spectra 2005, i want to change old rings of piston, i removed pistons from block and removed rings
if you have diagram to illustrates direction of rings gaps
when install them on piston to help me to do that with my self

There is a lot more to rebuilding that then just slapping rings into it. The cylinder have to be measured for wear and determine if the top of the cylinders have tapered. You could require boring and over sized pistons. The cylinder wears just as much as the rings.

hello..

my friend work in turnery, he measured pistons, cylinder, check them and he found its ok ( can used).
but the proplem is direction of rings gaps when install them on piston _ i search on net some diagram use 120 degree and other 90 degree, some diagram the expander gap at piston pin other perpendicular on piston pin so i need diagram illustrates direction of rings gaps for my kia spectra 2.0L to help me

thank you for sending diagram but the diagram without writing any thing, so which gaps are top compression ring, second compression ring, expander spacer, oil control rail top and bottom
please if you can write them on diagram this will help me.

It doesn't matter. It's only the spacing that matters.
