Hesitates

Hi,my car milage78000klm hesitate when fuel tank is not full and especially in mountianiuos roads.why it is so?

I think it's left front fender down low...

ok. i have a 1997 ford escort. the injection system is messed up. i don't know how to fix it. it's the fuse keeps blowing the fuel injection fuse. i don't know what to do i want to fix but don't what to do help me please?
