Alignment

I have a 2003 kia optima front wheel drive and brought it in for alignment and they told me it was a none alignment car.
i have never heard of this before is it true? :(

CHECKING STEERING ANGLE Place the front wheel on a turning radius gauge and measure the steering angle. Wheel angle [Standard value] Inside wheel: 40.70 ° Outside wheel: 32.40 ° If the measured value is not within the standard value. Adjust the linkage.
