1999 Other Kia Models Radiator

My '99 Kia Sephia is overheating. Nothing seems to be leaking and it still is overheating, I used to hear my fans come on but now I dont. What could be the problem?

Hi there,

I would be checking the fan temp sensor first then the relay start here.
