I have got a Kia Sephia 99" which got 90,000 miles.
A clicking noise appeared when I tried to steer my car to the right on a slow speed and when steering at the high speed the noise was gone. I have checked the right boot for damage but it was okay from the front side and also the left boot was good when I steered left. If my CV joints are weared on the front passenger side why the boot is still good and not damaged. I thought that you can hear this clicking noise only when you had a damaged boot and dirt entered the CV joints.

CV's can still wear over time. Perhaps you have a hole or maybe you didnt inspect them close enough. Or maybe its at the other end of each CV shaft (closest to the engine)

It could also be "Ball Joints" on the steering equiptment.

Ive replaced 2 CV's on one side for torn boots and worn out joints (dirt obiously). Its good to buy new seals when doing this job.
