1998 Other Kia Models right had driver car door

1998 Other Kia Models 6 cyl Manual 300000 miles

Door will not close. One of kids played played latching mechanism and it has popped out. How do I get it back in again so I can shut the door?

Thanks for your prompt reply. Have fixed the problem by simply pulling on car door lever and using a screwdriver to help it pop back in.
