1996 Kia Sephia speedometer just levels out at about 30 mph regardless of car speed. I suspect it might be a bad sensor, but cannot find it. Anyone know where it is at? What it looks like? How can it be tested? Any help is appreciated.

best way to test this sensor is with a lab scope if it is an electrical sensor you probabley dont have a lab scope without seeing the vehicle i would have to say to take it to a mechanic
