Crank no start

2011 KIA OPTIMA
40,000 MILES • 2.4L • 4 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

I am have trouble turning on the engine. The car cranks over but no start. Battery is good, alternator is good, fuse and relay are good, full gas, and starter good. It sounds sluggish. How can I engine diagnose check the car with no test tool?

try a security system reset first that may be the cause, see link.
