Are there any caps on the mount? If so, remove the caps and the screws should be under there.
Let me know if you can find them.

I too am having the same problem. My visor will not stay up, keeps popping down and I have to have it flipped forward to make it stay up. There are no visible screws or caps covering the screws. I've asked the dealership to fix it and they wanted to charge me $500! Is there a way that I can fix it myself?
