2005 Kia Optima 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

when putting the head back on and using a new metal gasket should i also use some type of silicone

only apply if iyou are told so from the manufacture of the product.

if it has tabs outside of the bolt rings you can apply some high temp rtv sealent to those but not required.
