Unsure if related, however engine has been a bit troublesome--stumbling occasionally on take off, more so when cold but still noticeable at times at operating temp. A few days ago check engine light came on, stayed on for 3 days, then went out. Today (day after it went out) I ran the scanner and got a P0466, which posts up as a generic "purge flow sensor circuit range/performance."

I did not clear the code.

Background: I have changed plugs within the last 10,000 miles; air filter changed and within range. Car does have frequent idling for minutes at a time with air conditioner running, lots of short stops. Also run several times a week at freeway speeds averaging 25 mile trips.

A purge valve stuck open could certainly cause a driveability issue, the driving habits should not be a factor in the cause of the faults being set for the purge flow sensor.

Since the purge valve code hasn't popped up again, the check engine light is no longer lit, do I follow up in some way on this, or just assume it was a temporary glitch?
