When you start the car it starts for about 5 seconds the shuts down. We pulled the fuel pump out from the tank and test fired it with 12vdc and it worked

The fuel pump is not getting 12vdc.

Fuse number 1 for the the fuel pump under the hood is good and has 12vdc, replaced the fuel pump relay behind the radio, replaced the cam sensor.
