2004 Kia Optima door lock

three out of the four doors will lock and unlock but the drivers door will not unlock when it says its unlocked it still wont open y wont it open and how can i disarm it

Sounds like the door lock actuator may be bad. The only way to disarm the one lock it to remove the door panel and unplug it.
