I am so frustrated! Failed a test, went to a place in Oregon, spent $370 and failed again! No lights on, last code was Very Small Leak, but fails 3 readiness tests. I live in WA and they have a waiver program but you have to spend $150 at least and have it done at certain certified places.
So I am driving because I have to, with an expired sticker and have been pulled over twice. Both officers were very nice and did not give me even a Fix It ticket.
All the cars guys say start it cold, drive it fast ect.
Any ideas?

The suggestions that car guys are making about driving it fast aren't going to help. The very small leak your vehicle is exhibiting won't get better. There are no special service bulletins for a specific leak, or common problems seen in the industry and most are proving difficult to find on Kia's.

I know you have spent money to fix the problem but only a GOOD diagnostic test will find it. The shop must have an experienced technician, an EVAP smoke machine and up to date software for their vehicle scanner.

I can make a suggestion for a shop since you are here near Oregon that I am certain will find the problem. Don't worry, I don't work there. But you will need to drop off the car for the day.

Good luck.
