2001 Kia Optima hubbs not caliphers?

im trying to change my brake shoes, but I dont know how to get the hubbs off. Please help

with the vehicle jacked up try to turn the wheels if they turn then its not locked up. if it is not moving at all then the brakes are dragging and you will have to back off the adjuster in the drums to release the brakes, then soak the inside of the drum with penetrating oil and wait. and then tap around the inside then add more oil and then try prying it off.
