I have been having trouble starting the vehicle it is random and sporadic but yesterday I was unable to get the key to turn in the cylinder to allow the car to start. We changed the lock cylinder but the new one doesn't have a fob in it. We used Locksmart part number LC 64750 and we purchased it from O'Reilly's. Now the dash light 4 no key flashes and it will start for two seconds and then shut off. Any ideas? Sincerely Lisa

It sounds like the key is not programmed correctly or the security system just needs to be reset. here is a guide to help with that:

Please run down this guide and report back.
