Key will not turn on fuel pump anti theft code or switch is failing turn over no start?

Can I ask if the truck had an aftermarket alarm? Also can you please upload a short video of the issue so I can se what it going on? The fuel pump normally receives power when the engine is cranking or running. Simply turning the ignition key to ON may not activate the pump. The engine computer uses starter and engine speed signals to control the circuit opening relay, which supplies power to the fuel pump. Please go over this video, can may help us.
