Key stuck in the ignition which I can't remove and unable to shift out of park. At this time the battery is dead.

Hi,
You first need to get a battery in it with power. The switch is likely jammed still in the acc position and the park lock is holding it there.
Install a battery (or charge the one in it). Turn the key to the on position, press the brake pedal, shift from park to neutral, and then fully back to park. See if the key will fully turn off and come out.
