Key stuck in ignition

My key is stuck in the on position, it will not turn back and key will not come out.

Here is how to remove your ignition cylinder most likely you have a bad ignition cylinder.

I just had a 1993 Chevrolet truck doing the same thing removed the ignition cylinder and found it was all bound up.
